Who pays?
The organization pays one invoice for all seats. Students pay nothing and need no card.
Can we try it first?
Yes: mention a pilot in your request and we will set one up for a class.
What happens when the licence ends?
Students keep their notes and the free Starter plan. Paid features stop until the licence is renewed.
Can a seat be reassigned?
Yes. A manager can remove a member at any time and the seat becomes free for someone else.
What can managers see?
Seats used, member names, e-mails and join dates. Never notes, files or study activity.
